Invoice processing, purchase orders, securing appropriate documentation, check writing, and 1099 processing can be a drain on your resources. Our staff is able to process all outgoing funds in an efficient, secure, and reliable manner.
We are staffed to ensure the properly handling of bank reconciliations, daily cash requirements, billing, reporting and collection. West Hills is able to maintain your customer relationships, investigate and resolve customer queries, and more.
We can monitor your cash flow, receipts, inflows/outflows, deposits, invoicing, and more. You can be involved as much or as little as you like in the day-to-day financial management of your ag business.
We can assist with creating banking relationships, applying for bank operating lines, and coordinating with appraisers.
Budgeting & Financial Statements
We can prepare annual operating budgets, pistachio and almond development budgets, and perform an analysis of your budget versus actual spending. Budgeting enables good fiscal practices which enable ag businesses to properly allocate their funds and optimize use of resources. West Hills will also prepare financial statements (non-audited) in accordance with GAAP.
West Hills is available to provide its clients with advice and consulting services on USDA and Bureau of Reclamation compliance issues. West Hills personnel also have extensive experience in structuring farming operations in order to best utilize the opportunities afforded by both federal and state water districts.
West Hills can systematically assist owners of existing closely held businesses to identify and implement the tax and legal structures that will be best for the purposes of lawful tax minimization, business asset protection, and optimal tax and legal arrangements among the owners.
